Overview

I offer short or long term therapy using a mixture of counselling and yoga combined as needed, to address imbalances of mind and body.

Yoga can help you to:

  • Develop insight into what is happening inside you, psychologically and emotionally
  • Cultivate the presence of mind to feel your way into uncomfortable experiences and disarm them
  • Calm the nervous system
  • Enhance autonomy and well-being

Please get in touch using the contact form and we can arrange an introductory meeting. If you then choose to work with me, we’ll agree on a number of sessions (normally six) to begin, so that there’s commitment on both sides. We’ll review the arrangement periodically so that you continue to feel in control of the process.
